100% Recommend working with Frank, Danny (Sales) and Oliver (Finance) if you’re in the market to get a car. We went in with our minds set on what we were looking for as well as what the most we were willing to spend out the door was. Frank immediately showed us a few options, was very honest and direct about what the OTD price would be. He didn’t try convincing or pressuring us to buy or settle for something we were unsure of when we said we’d leave and think about the decision. After leaving to grab lunch, I called Frank and Danny to verify that there were no gimmicks to the OTD price they offered earlier and when we went back to seal the deal - they had the paperwork printed and waiting, the car pulled up and detailed, and everything ready for a seamless purchase process. We appreciated the upfront communication with no hounding to do things their way.
