About the only thing the 2015 Nissan Murano shares with last year's model is the Nissan VQ 3.5-liter V6 motor, which has been retuned to deliver 260 horsepower. A Technology Package for the SL and Platinum models adds a sunroof, adaptive cruise control, and other advanced electronic safety systems.
